Safer Frontier-Model Access For New Community Accounts

New Community accounts can start immediately with available models up to the Workhorse 3× band. Higher-cost models unlock after review approval or a verified purchase, protecting shared capacity from automated extraction and token-relay abuse without taking capable models away from genuine new users.

What you can do

• Use Budget 1×, Light 2×, and Workhorse 3× models from day one — new Community accounts keep immediate access to capable models for research, coding, document work, tool use, and everyday agent workflows. We chose the Workhorse ceiling because it covers the large majority of these jobs while protecting the most expensive shared inference capacity.
• Keep using Auto and multi-agent workflows — Auto, Swarm workers, Agent Smith, debate roles, and scheduled work all stay within the same 3× ceiling until the account is approved, so an expensive model cannot be reached through a side route.
• Unlock Plus 4×, Premium 6×, SOTA 12×, Apex 18×, and Overkill 24× models after approval. An active paid plan or a verified Stripe credit-pack purchase removes the temporary ceiling immediately.
• See unavailable models clearly in the picker — higher-band entries are disabled with an explanation instead of failing after you begin the work.
• Keep existing access if you already had an account — accounts created before this safeguard were approved during migration; paid and VIP plans are not capped.

How the review works

• After a pending Community account has first-day activity available, Gemma 4 e4b reviews its signup name, email, company, and up to 20 prompts from its first 24 hours.
• Gemma looks for model-fingerprinting probes, repeated capability extraction, generated-identity patterns combined with low-value probing, and clearly abusive workloads. Its instructions explicitly say not to penalise foreign names, imperfect English, ambitious work, coding, gaming, or unusual interests.
• The assessment runs locally through Ollama on Atlas 1, Strategize Labs' 96 GB GPU server. Those review inputs are not sent to an external model provider.
• Strategize Labs receives a daily digest containing the account details, activity totals, and Gemma's verdict, reason, and short signal list. The normal digest does not include the raw prompts; Gemma performs that reading rather than a person.
• A member of the platform operations team applies the final access approval from that digest. This is lightweight abuse screening for model access, not legal or financial KYC.

Timing, privacy, and review requests

• Active accounts normally reach the operations queue within 24–48 hours of signup. The automated assessment becomes eligible once the account is at least 24 hours old and runs in a daily cycle. Final approval follows the operations review; if your account is still limited after two business days, write to community@strategize.inc.
• Gemma's verdict is advisory, not a permanent automated denial. An uncertain or concerning result leaves the account at the 3× ceiling while the platform operations team reviews it. It does not close the account, and access can be approved later.
• You can request a manual review at any time. Email community@strategize.inc from your account address with a short explanation of how you plan to use the higher-band models.
• Review prompts are used only for model-access abuse screening. They are not used to train or fine-tune Gemma or any other model.

Where this shows up

• You have just created a Community account and want to begin real work. Choose Auto or any model up to Workhorse 3× and start immediately.
• You open a Premium or frontier model before approval. The picker explains that it unlocks after review or a verified purchase instead of letting the request fail later.
• You upgrade your plan or buy a credit pack because you need a higher-end model now. The temporary ceiling is removed as soon as that purchase is verified.

Try it

• Leave the picker on Auto, then: "Research this market, compare five competitors, and turn the findings into a cited decision memo."
• "Review these files, identify the highest-risk issues, and produce a prioritised remediation plan."
• "Use Swarm to analyse this proposal from customer, financial, and technical perspectives, then synthesise one recommendation."

Heads up

• The ceiling uses each model's normal catalog band. A temporary free period or promotion does not unlock a model whose base rate is above 3×.
• Approval is account-level. Once approved, the model picker, Auto, workers, debates, and scheduled tasks all receive the same unrestricted status.
• Inactive pending accounts remain capped. The automated review needs first-day usage to assess; a verified purchase still unlocks access immediately.
