Unopened Swarm Results Now Come To You By Email
October 15, 2026
Close the tab while a Swarm runs. If you haven't opened the result five minutes after it finishes, your agent emails you the deliverables and a short executive summary, so a long run never sits unread.
What you can do
- Walk away from long runs. A run that finishes while you're away is emailed to you five minutes later. Opening it in a visible tab or downloading one of its files in that window cancels the email.
- Get the files that matter. A Gemma model on Alfrada's own GPU picks the main document, every presentation, and the spreadsheets that hold the analysis. Source material the run collected (a company's own filings, earnings decks, call transcripts) and the Swarm's internal notes stay out.
- Read the answer in the email. Your agent writes the subject, a short opening, the executive summary, and which file to open first, in its own voice. Every figure in them is checked against the run's final answer, and links or email addresses are never allowed in, before it goes out.
- Open everything anywhere. Markdown reports arrive as PDFs and HTML slide decks as PowerPoint. If the run produced no document, the final answer comes as
<plan title> - Final report.pdf, which also lands in your Generated Files. - Know where it goes. The plan review text and the
Swarmpanel show the address while the run is going. - Turn it off.

Where this shows up
You start a Swarm investment case before a meeting and close the laptop. You used to come back hours later and dig through the session. Now the memo and the valuation model are in your inbox, with the recommendation in the first paragraph.
You leave a market-sizing run going overnight. In the morning, the report, the deck, and the model are attached to one email, and the analyst's source PDFs aren't cluttering it.
You watch the run finish in the open tab. Nothing is sent.
Try it
- "Run this in Swarm: build an investment case for CoreWeave with a memo, a valuation model in Excel, and a committee deck."
- "Use Swarm to size the EU battery storage market for 2030. I want a report and the spreadsheet behind it."
- "Swarm this: compare our three pricing options and give me a one-page recommendation."
Heads up
- No token cost. Picking the files and writing the summary doesn't use your plan's tokens.
- Not for scheduled tasks or EU Data Residency. The email leaves the EU, so EU-only accounts never get it, and scheduled tasks keep delivering into their session.
- Presentations-panel decks. They are attached only if you already exported them as PowerPoint; otherwise the email tells you where the deck is.
- Size limits. Up to six files and 15 MB per email. Anything larger is listed with a link back to the run.
